I will definitely return here to try again next time I’m in Fresno. The man who greeted us was also the chef and waiter, a charming guy on top of talented and efficient cook and cultural translator (ask him what the restaurant name means!). I’m sure it wasn’t only the contrast with rehydrated camping food while slapping hummingbird-sized mosquitoes.
